Static Safe T-Carts / Transporters

Plug-In Storage Systems 18 Series static safe transporters (t-carts) are designed specifically for moving sensitive electronics, circuit boards, test equipment and computers. PSSI static safe carts have multiple uses. Some organizations use them as utility carts, mobile carts or lab carts. Others use them as computer carts or test equipment carts - even mobile workstations.

PSSI Model 18-36 and 18-45 ESD carts are constructed of stainless steel, which keeps their weight down, yet does not sacrifice their ability to carry up to 800 lbs. of equipment, tools and products safely. These static safe carts arrive fully assembled and are equipped with two ground cords with alligator clips, two wrist strap ground receptacles and a retractable electrical power cord.

lower work surfaces of the t-cart have very durable static dissipative rubber matting, providing a technician a multi-task, ESD safe, mobile workstation. A convenient shelf is located just beneath the top work surface, which can be used to store documents, tools or unused cords. It's great for reducing clutter on the top work surface.

There are four access ports in each corner of the top work surface. They can be used for routing cords to equipment on the lower shelf or for connection to the electrical power cord reel. There are eight ground point receptacles, four conductive casters and a brass drag chain to provide a constant direct path to ground. The four corner posts on the T-Cart have pre-drilled holes for convenient attachment of special equipment or holders.

Cramped quarters? Not a problem. Maneuvering is easy with the T-Carts large 5" swivel casters. The rear casters are lockable, providing additional safety when you are loading and unloading equipment or when the ESD Cart is left unattended.

PSSI T-Carts arrive fully assembled for immediate use. Two T-Cart models are available:
 Model 18-36 : 18" W x 36" L x 36" H
 Model 18-45: 18" W x 45" L x 36" H
